History

The dream of Dowling Network Solutions really began sometime around 2010 when Kristin separated from the United States Air Force. As she became more familiar with the River Region, she quickly realized that there was an opportunity to offer IT Services normally reserved for Government Agencies and Large Enterprise Organizations.

Kristin ultimately decided to wait to open Dowling Network Solutions, because she was unsure what would ultimately set her business apart from others in the area. In 2019, Kristin found her calling while volunteering as a facilitator with Color's River Region, where she began mentoring LGBTQ teens and becoming more involved different equality movements in the area. It was during this time that she realized what that difference would be. She decided that all endeavors that she would embark on would help to drive the inclusion and support of the River Regions LGBTQ community.
